On a cold winter day in 1982, The eastbound boat train, FO2,  (Frankfort to Owosso) is climbing up Boon Hill in Northern Michigan, just after leaving the Frankfort boat landing, with traffic which has just come off the Annie car ferries, and is headed to eastern industries and interchanges in Michigan and Ohio, powered by four (4) GP 35 locomotives.
